strange behaviour

    hi , i user the shortcode in sidebar using php, every thing looks good.
    But im facing a strange behaviour while uploading image, after selecting a image when i press upload button instead of uploding it opens the first post of my site with a refresh and it wont upload image.
    im using latest wordpress4.2.2 and using theme underscores on my wamp.
    is their any solution?

    Thanks, I think I might know what the problem is.

    The shortcode uses the_permalink() as the action for the upload form. This works fine with posts and pages, but can have unexpected results in a sidebar if displayed on archive pages.

    When you can, replace the version of the plugin you are using with the version below, and let me know if it fixes the issue. If it does, then I will push out a new version with the update. Let me know. Thanks!
