# strange behavior while detecting ip

 * Hi,
    in plugin settings
 * on tab “tools”:
    checking my ip 37.145.111.187
 * result –
    “IP Adress 37.145.111.187 belongs to Russian Federation. This country
   is not permitted to visit the frontend of this website.”
 * on tab “backend”:
    “Your IP address is 37.145.111.187, 37.145.111.187. The country
   that is listed for this IP address is Unknown.”
 * And plugin do not stop me from browsing frontend.
 * So, can you, please, point me where to dig, to make plugin working?

 * Super, there was indeed a little bug in previous versions when people were using
   a proxy server (or when traffic was routed through a proxy server).
 * Glad it is resolved for you.
