    Hi there,

    It seems like you are using an extension of some sort to add the text field here, correct?

    If so, you could see if the extension is the cause and do some testing with it disabled. A staging site may be ideal for this so it doesn’t disrupt your live site. You can disable this extension and place a test order to see if the unescaped output still exists and apostrophes are appearing with the slash.

    Either way what Will is saying is that somewhere, in some theme or plugin, it’s likely that there is a coding error and the output isn’t being escaped and causes formatting errors.
