Strange 404/crawl errors on site after upgrade

    We recently rebuilt our WP site offline using the Genesis/Dynamik framework and just uploaded the new site. Everything went pretty smoothly, but now Google Webmaster Tools is suddenly showing up about 200+ missing page errors.

    The weird thing is most of these ‘missing pages’ are simple a working URL with the following appended to them: a%20href%20
    Eg.
    http://www.thewebsite.com/some-working-link/a%20href%20

    If I explore the code of the pages Google claims to be finding these links (in the ‘Linked from’ section) I can find no reference of such a link.

    Does anyone have experience with something similar? Any idea how to fix it?
