strage behaviour after update to WordPress 3.9.2

    after i did the update my website working fine on the client side but when i login to the admin area it take me 5min to change from dashboard to post area or to any other area on the admin panbel but whene i change back to the client side this work fine website url

    The report indicates you need to do some work to clean up your site.

    Try to reduce number of requests.

    Follow each item with bad grade and try to improve it.

    It also depends on your server configuration and how it responds to requests.
