Story Theme – Default style full width page

Hello,

First of all. I am a new and unexperienced WordPress user. I have worked a little with the SiteOrigin Page Builder but now want to try with a theme that costs money. I have chosen the Story Theme as the title suggests. Now my question is:
Do I have the same kind of builder with the price? I mean I can’t code my website, apart from sometimes filling a line into the custom css after googling my problem. I am really dependent on this drag&drop and “segment” principle. I hope someone who has some experience with this theme or just more knowledge than me can riddle me this and make me comfortable paying the money knowing I will be able to create a website with it. Thanks for quick answers.
