    I am using the Storefront theme and when attempting to find a product we sell, the product search ALWAYS comes back empty. Believe I know what the problem is but don’t know how to fix it.

    We do NOT use the default Storefront Shop page. Instead, we use other pages we designed for our products (for example, our Christmas products are on a /christmas page). So I “think” the default search engine for Storefront is searching the Shop page included with the theme and not any new page(s) created for our store.

    If this is correct then how do we change what page(s) the Search Engine searches for products?

    If this is not correct then what could possibly be the problem.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. It is unlikely to due to you using other pages for your products.

    With that said, I would recommend you switch to a default WordPress theme, like Storefront, to see if the issue persists. If the issue goes away, then you’ll need to contact your theme author to resolve this. If the issue is still there, then you’ll need to disable all your plugins, except for WooCommerce, to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, please re-enable your features one at a time until it breaks again, and then contact the author of the conflicting plugin.
