Storefront Powerpack / Woocommerce Helper not working

    Hi, I downloaded Powerpack and activated it and Helper and connected with subscription key. However, Storefront Powerpack is not showing under Appearance – Customise.

    I have deactivated and reactivated both plugins but to no avail. What d I do next?

    Hi,

    As you bought a premium plugin, I think you would get quicker and adequate respons if you send a support ticket from your woocommerce client account.

    I for one, would not know why this is not appearing.
    Most of the time its some conflict with another plugin.
    Have you tried disabling all other plugin to see if the powerpack appears then?
    if so start activating plugins one by one to find the culpritt.
