Storefront issues

    Hi
    I am building a shop using wordpress, woocommerce and storefront-theme, all fully updated. I also have installed the Max Mega Menu and the Max Mega Menu integration plugin as I would like to put a search-widget into the menu.
    For some reason I can’t use widgets in my menu…. I have searched through the documentation and cant find any help anywhere. It should work, but in my case it doesn’t. The Mega Menu-button inside my customizer is NOT there ??

    When I hover over a menu-item in appearence > menues I can open a Mega Menu settings, but there are no widget-option… 🙁

    Any suggestions ?

    Hi Henrik,

    When I hover over a menu-item in appearence > menues I can open a Mega Menu settings, but there are no widget-option… 🙁

    Do you see the sub menu display mode option there, and did you change it to Grid Layout?

    Please could you post a screenshot of that popup? (you can upload it to imgur.com and paste a link here)

    Thanks for the swift repply. I’m feeling a little stupid now, as I now have found the grid-layout and the widgets-settings…
    What I really would like to do, is to put the search-function in as a top-level menu-item and not as a sub-menu. Just a search-box in the menu. Is that possible ?

    A search box on the top row can be added, but you would need the Pro version:
