Hello. It was work fine but it doesn’t work when update some plugins. It didn’t display counting number in stats. I just see “Sorry. No data so far.” in Front page & Admin page too. But it store number of views in Database. Also I checked Javascript parameter in <head>… But doesn’t work.

And I tried ver 3.3.2 doesn’t work too. it couldn’t see javascript in <head>. And it doesn’t count number of views in Data base too. Also I tried ver 2.3.7 that work fine. But I need to showing thumbnails so…

My Popular Post version is 3.1 now. Also I’m using Toolset Plugin & WPML. I doubt these plugin disturb popular post working. and I’m not using Cache plugin yet. I don’t know how to resolve it. if you know solution, inform me some idea please. Thank you for your knowleadge and kindness.

It’s resolved. Thank you Mr. Cabrera. I want to share solution.

If you set too many plugins when WPP doesn’t works. you should try this.

    1. Disable all of your plugins.
    2. Enable WPP again and keep the rest of the plugins disabled.
    3. Enable one plugin at a time and check any of your articles as you do so. If WPP is able to load correctly, then your visits will be tracked without problems and you should proceed to enable another plugin. Otherwise, it would mean that the last plugin you activated is most likely the one causing the problem.
