I WAS using Zapier till they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to have more than 100 people sign up per month. So, in attempt to avoid that fee, I figured I would take advantage of the suggestion “store your landing page email subscribers using WordPress, so you can export them in the future.”
    However, where are these storing?
Once my Zapier got paused, I have had no signups come through and I am losing a LOT of subscribers due to this.
I know people are signing up, but I don’t know where their email addresses are going!
Where do I find this information?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there,

If you already have Zapier selected as your email provider currently in Landing Page Cat and if you want to know the subscribers after your Zaiper subscription got paused then I would suggest contacting Zapier for getting the subscriber data.

However, if you already have chosen the Local WordPress (Store Optins Locally) option in Landing Page Cat and want to see the subscribers then you can click on the link that says “Click here to view your optins” which comes in below immediately after selecting that option.

    Something like this: http://prntscr.com/hxwjvc

But if you had not earlier set up the option like in the screenshot above then I am afraid you cannot view your past subscribers, but you will see them in the future with that link if you set and Save that option in Landing Page Cat now.

    Thanks.

Oh!!! OK. Thank you and that really helped.
I contacted Zapier and they lifted the limit to send through any sub that have been paused. However, some known singups are missing. I’m taking that one up with them, as per your suggestion to contact them regarding the pausing of the Zap.

As for storing in WordPress…You are correct. I did not set it to locally store as the image you linked to shows. This option wasn’t clearly explained. It may be that I am new to the app and the whole Zap/tasks/automation world, but perhaps that could be better explained?

One last question: Once I square everything away with Zapier, can I change the option and have emails stored locally in WordPress without losing any data? Secondly, if I were to do this, would I have to go in WP and retrieve those (push them through or sync?) each time I want to be sure my Sendinblue sub list is up to date?

I hope this makes sense and please let me know if it does not.

    Hello There,

I’m a bit confused here. Let me try and clarify how the ‘Zapier’ integration, and the ‘Store locally’ option work.

You must select one of these two options in our plugin. Only one will work at a time. So if your zap was paused by you or Zapier, and you did not switch our plugins ‘store locally option’ then those subscribers will be lost. Our plugin will have been trying to send your subscribers to a zap that was not running.

If you do not wish to use a zap anymore, you will need to make sure ‘Store Locally’ is selected. You may then export those new signups into a .csv file, and upload them directly into your email marketing provider.

We have some further documentation on this stuff you can review here:

Let me know if that helps or if you have any further questions.

    Regards.
