 * Hi [@sunithak](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sunithak/),
 * Thank you so much for sharing the screenshot — I really appreciate you taking
   the time to do that. To better understand what’s happening and where things might
   be getting stuck, could you kindly record a short screen video using [Loom](https://loom.com)
   that walks through the steps you’re taking up to the point where the issue occurs?
 * Also, just to clarify, were you able to fill in all the required fields, or are
   you hoping to skip the store setup wizard entirely? Knowing this will help me
   guide you more accurately and get things sorted out as smoothly as possible.

 * Tried many times by reinstalling the plugin and even installing manually. here
   is the recording. [https://www.loom.com/share/0e4900a94cc64c51bcec7060c240a37f?t=102&sid=f1786fb1-2eab-437b-b550-0bdba9385a8a](https://www.loom.com/share/0e4900a94cc64c51bcec7060c240a37f?t=102&sid=f1786fb1-2eab-437b-b550-0bdba9385a8a)

 * Hi there!
   Thank you for sharing the video recording.
 * I have tried to replicate that issue on my site but I’m not able to replicate
   that issue on my end. In your video, I noticed that you’re using the **Elementor
   Pro** plugin for testing purposes. Could you please try **deactivating** that
   plugin and check if the issue still occurs?
 * If the issue persists, please go to **WooCommerce → Settings → General**, add
   a **country** under the “Selling location(s),” and then try running the **store
   setup wizard** again to see if that resolves the issue.
 * If the problem still continues after that, I’d like to understand your site properly.
   Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the
   issue further:
    - **System Status Report** which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    - **Fatal error logs** (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
 * Please use [https://pastebin.com/](https://pastebin.com/) or [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information,
   we’ll be able to assist you further.

 * Hey,
 * I have already tried by deactivating elementor and also setting up country under
   selling location by going to setting. Then i tried again but has the same issue.
   I’m using XAMPP and tried it live as well. there is no issues found on live website.
   but it’s happening in my system only. when i use studio.wordpress local server
   i did not find any issue. it is only because of may be Xampp server. but i have
   created many websites before. i even reinstall xampp in my system. But still
   having the same problem. sending you all screenshots you asked for. please intervene
   and try to resolve for me. I am so tired of trying to find solutions in all the
   possible ways.

 * Hi [@sunithak](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sunithak/),
 * Thanks again for all the helpful details and for sticking with this; it’s clear
   you’ve done quite a bit of troubleshooting already, and I understand entirely
   how draining it can be when something that should work keeps giving you trouble.
 * Based on your screenshots and explanations, it does seem like the issue is isolated
   to your XAMPP environment, especially since the setup wizard works fine on your
   live site and with Studio. That strongly suggests there’s a local configuration
   or browser-level issue that’s interfering with the process.
 * Here are a few steps that should help us dig deeper:
    1. **Check browser console logs**: When you click the “Skip” button and nothing
       happens, open your browser’s developer tools (F12), click the **Console** tab,
       and check if any JavaScript errors are showing. If you see anything, please
       paste the error log in Pastebin ([https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com))
       and share the link with us.
    2. **Clear browser and site cache**: Disable any browser extensions (like ad blockers
       or script managers), and try the setup again in a private/incognito browser
       window to rule out cache or extension-related issues.
    3. **Check PHP error logs**: Review your XAMPP error log file, typically located
       in xampp/php/logs/php_error_log, to see if any PHP warnings or errors are triggered
       when attempting to set up the store. Feel free to share the relevant portion
       using [https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com) as well.
    4. **Double-check PHP configuration**: Some XAMPP setups have limits that might
       silently interrupt background processes. In your php.ini file, try confirming
       or increasing these values:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       max_execution_time = 300
       memory_limit = 512M
       upload_max_filesize = 64M
       post_max_size = 64M
       ```
 * If these checks still don’t reveal the cause, I recommend trying a different
   local environment, such as [LocalWP](https://localwp.com/) or [Laragon](https://laragon.org/).
   They tend to work more smoothly with WooCommerce out of the box and might help
   you avoid this kind of conflict altogether.
 * Please let us know what appears in the console or logs.
 * Hi [@sunithak](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sunithak/),
 * Thank you for all the details — it’s clear you’ve already put a lot of effort
   into troubleshooting this, and we really appreciate it!
 * Based on what you’ve shared, it looks like the issue is specific to XAMP’s server
   setup rather than WooCommerce itself. This behavior can happen due to how XAMP
   handles server routing, and isn’t something WooCommerce controls directly.
 * If you’re open to it, you might consider consulting a developer to help you set
   up XAMPP or another local environment.
 * In the meantime, trying a different browser or clearing your browser cache may
   help rule out any local caching issues.
 * Also, if WooCommerce has been helpful to you overall, we’d be grateful if you
   could take a moment to share your feedback:
