 * Is it already possible to sync product reviews with store reviews when the product
   reviews are imported from a different plugin? If so, I’d like to know how.

 * Yes, product review can be sync as store review. But it’s not support review 
   import.
 * When users will add product review manually those will be added as store review
   as well.
