    Good find. Anything the does Permalink trickery will cause all sort of issues with custom page types. Not just Store Pages, but ANY custom page type in WordPress.

    I see it all-of-the-time with several plugins I use on my sites. Change one small thing and I have to make sure to clear & re-build the permalinks tables and caches. There are some good plugins out there that assist with that sort of thing.
