    We have an issue were the customer receives all emails fine. But the emails listed in the notifications settings receive none about new orders or any other notifications.

    I have used WP mail log and can see the emails are being generated.

  • Them showing up in the WP Mail logging suggests the problem lies on the deliverability side. If you’re using your host’s default email server, switching to a dedicated SMTP service (Sendgrid, Mailgun, etc.) will usually help. And most of them are free if you aren’t sending too much email.
