Store notice doesn't work well

Hi,

When I enable site-wide store notice text, I can’t change the text as I want.
I tried to activate the checkbox, save changes, then change the text and save changes again but the text comes back to what it was.

The strange thing is that it looks like some days after trying to make the change, if I try to do it again the “new” text appears.

Some idea of what it can be (I have no cache activated nor cron jobs scheduled by myself).
