    This is a general question about my account on wooc commerce.org. Our site is up and running fine but when we are in our woocommerce.com account the stores tab indicates there is one store but there is no website listed in that tab. Here is a screenshot of the user account page. Here is a system report.

    Thank you for reaching out! From your screenshot, I can see that your website isn’t listed under the My Stores tab in your WooCommerce account.

    Could you please confirm if your account is correctly connected? To do this:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Extensions in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Click on the profile icon.
    3. Ensure that the email address shown matches the one associated with your WooCommerce.com account, as illustrated in the screenshot below.


    Please check and let us know.

    That all checksout both are associated with the same email address and show the same user image. Any other suggestions as to why it does not who the connection.

    We appreciate the quick check on your end! After looking into the system status report again, everything seems in order on the technical side with the plugins and WooCommerce version. It does look like the website is connected to WooCommerce.com since the report lists it as connected.

    Given everything is correct there, it’s curious the store isn’t showing up on your account. Could you try clearing the transients within your WooCommerce system which can sometimes resolve such display issues:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Head over to the “Tools” tab.
    3. Look for “WooCommerce transients” and click the “Clear transients” button.

    You might also want to try refreshing your browser cache in case it’s loading old data.

    Let us know if it displays correctly after these steps.

    Still not showing up after clearing the transients. This is a screenshot of the main dashboard page asking to connect the page still.

    When trying to connect the store again after clearing the transients I still get into this loop where after typing in the URL on the woocommerce.com site and hitting connect it takes me to my backend/woocommerce/extensions/mysubscriptions and I have woocommerce update manager there because it told me to add it a few versions ago but it says no subscriptions. I do not have any woocommerce add-ons. If i hit subscribe it tries to add it again via woocommerce.com and it then tries to get me to connect the site again.

    It basically just goes in a loop there trying to connect the site ending up at the extension page showing no subscription and then taking back to woocommerce to try and add the subscription and reconnect the site.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This is a strange case, I understand you do not have any official Woo Marketplace extension or theme installed on your site but was there one in the past?

    I am asking this because a notification to install the WooCommerce.com Update Manager appears when you have an official Woo Marketplace extension or theme.

    Could you try deactivating all the plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce.com Update Manager and then reconnect your site to your WooCommerce.com account?

    Never has been an extension on this site. I can try your recommendation with one caveat. I did uninstall and delete the update manager extension thinking I could simply add it again if it did not yield any results. It did not but it also would not let me re-add the extension.

    I’m wondering if this could be a possibility. We use to be on wordpress.com we moved to other servers and do not use jetpack anymore either. I am wondering if there is something hardcoded from when the page was started on wordpress.com. I know there are tons of features added and off limit over there possibly some of them came over with the migration. that was a whole year ago though.

    Also this connection issue has not led to any major problems that I know of but after noticing it probably a dozen times it is just bothering me and I would love to see everything connected correctly per a correct installation of woocommerce.

    Thanks for providing all the details about your connection issue! To better understand what’s happening, could you check if there are any error logs available under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    If you find any, you can:

    • Copy and paste the logs here, or

    • Paste them via https://gist.github.com/ and share the link with us.

    This will help us determine if there’s an underlying issue causing the connection loop.

    I got around to this today. No log files found. I tried to connect with no other plugins enabled and also tried to reinstall the update manager and neither action was successful. Let me know what you are thinking.

    Ok we got everything connected using the other admin on our account.

    While we were doing that the other admin mentioned that we had done the same thing before so I’m not sure how the store got disconnected if we had infact done it before. I will keep an eye on it to make sure everything stays connected.

    Sometimes these issues happen due to various factors like updates or admin changes. It’s a good plan to monitor the connection to make sure it stays active. Do keep us posted if anything else comes up.
