Stopping web to lead adding new leads to salesforce when the email exists
Is there a way of stopping a new lead being created in salesforce when someone already in the salesforce database as a lead completes a form?
We are getting a lot of duplicate leads being created as people respond to our email newsletter, and their details are already in our salesforce leads database.
If it isn’t possible with web to lead, is it possible with the API edition?
