Stopped working out of the blue

    For the longest time we were looking for a solution and thought we found it in the Weptile Slider.

    We used this for several months and it worked great.

    Out of the blue a couple days ago it stopped working altogether.

    When we go to the WIDGET page, it gets caught in a loop and never completes downloading the page.

    This error does not allow ud to access ANYTHING in Widgets at all.

    The only fix was DISABLING the plug in all together.

    We have NOT updated to the latest WordPress yet and did nothing new that would have caused the plugin to stop working.

    Please Advise, this plug in became an important part of our website and have ahd to remove it at this time.

    I was using this plugin for over a year. I installed the update just now and all of my slides disappeared and I can’t seem to reload them. Please help.

    Hi,

    With the previous versions of the plugin we had a crutial bug, which forced the users to resave the widget settings on every update. With the latest update (1.2.0 and above), we’ve fixed this issue by changing our cache folder.

    However, you will need to arrange the widget settings once more, onece and for all actually 🙂 From this point on you should not have any issues with updates or previous issues.

    We apologise for this issue, but it was inevitable if we didn’t fix it with this latest updates.
