Critical errors can happen for a multitude of reasons – if it happens again and disabling the Facebook plugin works, try to reach out to your Host and see what the critical error was. Usually critical errors are a plugin conflicting with a different plugin, so it could be Facebook conflicting with a different plugin, and they can help determine which one it is.
If that is isolated, you can then run just WooCommerce + Facebook without the other plugin, and if the site critically errors again you can post those fatal errors here in a reply, and we can take a closer look.

Yes it is sometimes possible.
I just didn’t understand why I didn’t get a message taht my site doesn’t work which normally ist the case from jetpack.
Anyway I now check my site regulary 🙂
