Stopped working after update

This plugin updated and then stopped working. I did turn off all other plugins except this and Gutenberg and I did try different themes. Transitions show in the backend but not the front end. I did a manual transition test using my custom css and it did work, so definitely the plugin. I understand these things happen, but not receiving a response from support is the reason for my review score…. at the very least they could acknowledge the trouble report and say they are looking into it.
