Ok. This is just after activating the Page Builder Sandwich plugin. I haven’t even used it yet.

Can you describe the issue you are seeing please? As far as I can see the tabs appear to be working as they should on that page in firefox 47.0 on OSX 10.9.5

Oh I can see now the problem is when I log in as admin. The tabs stop working. Are you familiar with this problem or should I provide a screen shot?

I don’t think this is a tabby responsive tabs issue, and it is not something I can troubleshoot on your site as it only occurs when logged in as admin – for obvious reasons. I might be able to install a test site with both plugins at to try to reproduce the issue and troubleshoot it, but I probably won’t have time to do that until the weekend.

My best guess as to what is happening is that a script in the page builder plugin that is executed on the front end when you are logged in as admin is preventing the tabby script from executing. I have seen issues previously where other plugins contained a script that stalled and prevented further scripts from executing – including the tabby script. The author of the page builder may be able to help with the issue.

I have had a chance to have a look at the version of Page Builder Sandwich from WordPress.org and install it on a temporary test site with Tabby Responsive tabs.

When the page builder is active and the site is viewed when logged on as an admin, the elements that should be inside the tab content div are rendered outside the div and this is breaking the layout. This is not an issue I have seen before, and I don’t know why this is occuring, but that plugin’s author might be able to offer an explanation and possibly suggest a workaround.

Thank you for your time. I will create a topic for that plugin and if I found the problem and/or the solution I will share it here.

In case you are interested, in the following link the Page Builder Sandwich Plugin Contributor explained the problem which has no solution YET.

I see – the page builder plugin adding a wrapping div around each shortcode is causing the problem. I’m not aware of any workaround for this unless there is a way for a single wrapping div to envelop a group of shortcodes and other content.
