The plugin worked perfectly well it is after the installation of the new theme “Wood Mart” which is stopped working so the problem does not come from my hosting provider, I asked the same question on the forum of Xtemos the developers, of the theme I have an answer a little fuzzy like yours. The problem can come from several factors such as the incompatibility of the theme with the plugin.
