Stopped Working

    Hello,

Plugin was working.

Now it is not.

Tried:

- remove all other plugins except woo and Custom Payment Gateways…

- reset and the different shipping options

- use base wordpress 2023 theme

- delete, then reinstall Custom Payment Gateways

- clear browsers, site cache, etc

Still does not work.

Installing on a different server’s wordpress site, it works fine with all other plugins and settings the same.

Any advice?

    A support ticket even though I’m using the free version?

    I’ll check it out later — just surprised if I can get a support ticket with the free version.

    Yes, we do offer support to our free version as well.

    Reason for creating ticket is we will need some more information as it is specific to one of the site and posting critical information on the public forum might not be the best approach.

    Hi again — Checked this morning and it works again.

    There is another person working on the site. I’m not sure if they did some updates or not. Or if there was something going on with the servers (?). If I learn more, I’ll post that info here.
