@sasquatters Hey There we’re sorry you are having issues with the plugin. Our License system actually only affects the updates you receive for the plugin and has nothing to do with limiting the functionality.

Please start a support ticket and we will gladly help get your plugin back on track.

    Thanks,
    The SlickRemix Team

To others that may read this and think we stop the premium from working if the license has expired.

There are many factors that go into a social plugin, the main one is keeping up with the API from the social media companies. This is an arduous task that requires constant maintenance on our part. The only reason the premium version would fail to work is if an API change was made that we have to fix in the premium version. It’s a 365 day job to keep up with these companies so please consider these factors as you use our free plugin or upgrade 🙂

The problem is that if someone paid for the premium version for specific features, then the API stops working, we are forced to pay again just to get the update. Updates for premium broken plugins should be given for free to those that already paid.

The continued maintenance to keep everything running smoothly is why our license is good for one year.

I can understand your frustration though and if you would like to still use the plugin send an email to support@ slickremix.com and I’ll hook you up with a 50% discount on your renewal.
