# Stopped working

 * Been using the plugin for years now and grateful for the help it has been
 * But I just noticed it has stopped working for a week or two now
    No major changes
   on the server or the mail list – actually none Emails however are not being send
   once a week as did before
 * Went to test into the plugins testing area – it returns
 * The mail has not been sent!
    PHP-Mailer – Dump: object(PHPMailer)#7496 (76) {

 * Hi, something had to change then 🙂
 * I don’t think this is the plugin issue, rather the PHPMailer configuration. You
   could try to reset your password and see if you get the email, and probably you
   won’t.
 * I’d contact the hosting provider in this case.

 * Thanks for the reply
    Its a dedicated server hosted in a co-location and we administrate
   it ourselves No one else really has access to it and as far as other mail related
   WP plugins we use they work fine
 * Is it possible another updated plugin bugs this one
    or the issue with missing
   posts from time to time?

 * It’s really hard to say, but this plugin doesn’t alter the mail functions. It
   certainly may be a conflict with another plugin.
