    Sorry to hear that. Could you please check if you have made any changes like change theme or add new plugins? That can cause a conflict with FileBird. We can help fix it.

    Please use the latest version. We have improved our FileBird with better performance and designs. You can use the import function to get all folders and files back https://prnt.sc/tppnz9
