Support » Plugin: WPFront Notification Bar » Stopped working

  • I’ve been using this plugin for the last few years and it worked. I couldn’t get the effect I really wanted but it was enough so I kept using it. Now it just doesn’t show any notifications even if they are enabled and within the correct date frame.
I have no idea what happened. Maybe it has something to do with the changes I introduced to the site (optimization, script minimization – Autooptimize plugin). I have too many plugins to test it one by one and the optimization features are more important then notifications so at the moment this plugin gets disabled and I’m on a search of another.

  • We had the same problem, also after implementing Autoptimize features. To get it working again, tell the plugin not to cache the notification bar. Add this under “Exclude scripts from Autoptimize”: wpfront-notification-bar.js,

Thanks! Didn’t know that. Will try it out with some free time.
