# Stopped working ????

 * Been using this plugin for months and quite happily providing hundreds of downloads.
   
   A customer of ours has notified they cannot acquire download. I tried and yup,
   it’s now stopped working. The only thing that has changed on our website is WordPress&
   plugin updates…
 * So the plugin accepts the code and generates a download link

    File not found
 * Firefox can’t find the file at [https://thecuckooclocks.co.uk/?lease=f1d9cf1a4d5dcc8b872618c6700fa6cb](https://thecuckooclocks.co.uk/?lease=f1d9cf1a4d5dcc8b872618c6700fa6cb).
 *  Check the file name for capitalisation or other typing errors.
    Check to see
   if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
 * Has anybody else experienced this problem?
    if so, how did you rectify?

 * Try to increase memory limit, if larger files..
 * ini_set(‘memory_limit’, ‘4096M’);
 * in functions.php or in the plugin index file, it worked for me.

 * Hi blakeyman, I have the same issue you described. Could you solve it yet? Qcompamin
   solution didn’t work for me.

 * Unfortunately I did “nothing” and it started working again…
 * I’m on a shared host so memory being limited (unbeknown to me by my web host)*
   could* have affected the plugin.
 * Answer by [@qcompamin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/qcompamin/) may not
   always work, as web-server administrator could over ride that value.
 * Try output from
    infophp(); To see if memory limit actually has increased…
