# Stopped working

 * This was working just fine and still works on several of my websites running 
   WordPress 4.1.1 but not one one of my sites. I am getting error messages about
   failure to open and permission being denied:
    Warning: fopen(/tmp/404project.
   lock): failed to open stream: Permission denied in …/public_html/breakout/wp-
   content/plugins/php-execution-plugin/includes/class.php_execution.php(273) : 
   eval()’d code on line 76
 * Warning: fwrite() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in …/public_html/
   breakout/wp-content/plugins/php-execution-plugin/includes/class.php_execution.
