Stopped showing on 2 sites

    Use this on 2 sites. At some point, they simply stopped showing and I just noticed. We have latest plugin, but they stopped showing before we updated the plugin.

    As well, it looks like all of the settings are gone that we set. As well, you cannot make simple choices in the pop-up customize settings, you select something, nothing happens.

    Something went real wrong here so we will have to deactivate and try to find something else.

    Hi @lock-n-load,

    I can definitely help look into this issue for you. When you mentioned that the customize settings were selected and nothing happens, were you using the Safari browser by any chance? Also, would you mind re-installing the plugin (even if the share buttons does not show on your site) so I can view the issue from my end? Lastly, what is the URL to your website?     No I am using Chrome. I click a button or make a selection and literally nothing happens. I will send an email direct, thanks!

    Solved.. for anyone else with this issue

    I had to deactivate the plugin, delete the plugin and it’s settings, reinstall the plugin, and then set it back up.

    That is kind of a PITA as I do not have records of the exact settings we had, so I had to guess.
