We are still seeing this issue aswell. for a couple of weeks now.
I noticed that last week, on Thursday, the plugin disappeared from my site, I had to reinstall it. Could it have something to do with these problems?

Thank you all for reporting this issue. I can confirm that there is an issue where the guest carts are not being captured. We will take this up and work on it. I’ll let you know as soon as this issue is patched.

I’m delighted to let you know that we have fixed the issue and I can confirm that guest carts are now being captured. All you need to do is download and install and you’re good to go.
