Stop working and uninstalled itself

The entire plugin folder has been deleted by itself.. i’ve downloaded, uploaded in plugins folder and activated in WP plugins but stil doesn’t work.

got this message:

also, i don’t have access to my licensed version because i’m out of town for few days.. how can i get my license back ?
