is there a way to remove a status sent to email or from the history of status?
the version i installed can arrange this in separate lines, now its one continuous line in the email

Hi Burton,
We’ve switched to using the default WordPress SMTP mail function. In order to add new lines, simply add the </br> tag wherever you want to begin on a new line. This will avoid your message to be one continuous line.
Unfortunately, we have not set a feature to delete the history for the orders statuses. We would simply recommend you to reupdate the status of the order.

Its showing old format, do I need to re-install?

We might be misunderstanding you. Did you want the e-mail to contain newlines? Since your previous issue was that it created a continuous line of information we assumed you simply wanted it to be the same as what it was prior to the update – an e-mail with newlines.
From your current output, the issue has been resolved, and you should not reinstall the plugin.

Yes, you can still have it on separate lines, you just need to add
to the end of each line and it should appear just as before.
Also, hope that you’re doing alright and sorry to hear about the hospitalization!
Hi I’m still not getting the correct format with </br> or
and I even tried using <div>, pls look in my previous post it doesn’t even follow my format. It only has number, name and link. But the email has this number, link, number again & email. Do I need to reinstall? Thanks

Does your email client process HTML emails? That could be one reason that it’s not processing line breaks in the email. All previous versions of the plugin are available here if that helps:
