# stop thumbs from generating

 * Hi, our client had a website built w/PRO, but I don’t have access to the license.
   I am using litespeed cache w/CDN, and your thumbs and css are conflicting w/our
   CDN and image optimization. In particular, the thumbs always change name, making
   it hard to cache. I can’t seem to find out how to NOT use Elementor thumbs and
   CSS cache. Is there a way to turn off? Any assistance would be great, as I can
   only find one thread on the un-optimized thumbs that other users are having issues
   with, but no way to turn either one off. I also don’t understand why/how some
   are images are redirected to thumbs while others are not.

   Pro user or someone representing an Elementor Pro client in these forums.
