using mu.wordpress 2.6.2
got sociable as a plugin.
have ticked it for use on posts.
have unticked it for use on pages.
had embedded a ‘page’ into the sidebar – it worked fine, as the user wanted some fancy side teasers.
On the home page it was fine.
On static pages it was fine.
If browsing an individual POST, then the sociable icons would appear in the sidebar at the bottom of the embedded PAGE.
Site went live today, so had to hardcode the page content into the sidebar, purely to stop the sociable icons from displaying,
but in the long term we really wanted them to be able to edit the contents of the sidebar.
