With this plugin is possible make wordpress stop sending “Your username and password info” e-mail after we create a new site using multisite wordpress?

If yes, this is a premium feature or already works with free version?

    Thanks!

    Hi @rodrigomc2000,
    Thanks for your message.

If the notification is one that WordPress already provides, then yes, you can create a notification for it in BNFW and override it to ‘Disabled’. More details here: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/notifications/disable-default-wordpress-emails/

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

But this works on free version or only in premium?

Also, I’m using wordpress 5.3 and can’t install your plugin, it crashs the wordpress instantly!

    Hi @rodrigomc2000,
This is available in the free plugin. I haven’t heard of any issues with BNFW ‘crashing’ WordPress. If you’re getting a white screen then you can check your error logs at your host to see what might have caused the fatal error but my guess would be a plugin conflict with another plugin somewhere. I’d recommend testing by deactivating any plugins first, activating BNFW, then trying to activate each plugin one-by-one to see if you can find the culprit. Your theme may also be the problem but most likely a plugin.

    Hi,

I try to debug and monitor whats happen, and is really your plugin, we try to deactivate all plugins, but when we activate your it crashs the site.

We are using latest wordpress version and we are using multisite network wordpress, look the error all blured areas are just the address of my site:

    How to fix this?

    Hi @rodrigomc2000,
Having a search online for this error suggests that BNFW is exposing an issue on your site via the has_cap function.

Can you please make sure WordPress and PHP is up-to-date? These should be versions 5.3 and 7.2+ respectively.

It also looks like it may be an issue with the theme or the Administrator user role – can you confirm you have this role on your site?

    Hi,

    Our wordpress:

    Our PHP:

We are using multisite wordpress and I’m trying to install your plugin with SuperAdmin user role, with all possible privileges!

If we click to activate your plugin everything crash and the only way to fix is removing your plugin folder!

Thank you for trying to help!

    Hi @rodrigomc2000,
    Thanks for clarifying.

I haven’t had an issue with BNFW on Multisite as far as I can tell. I’ve just tried a fresh Multisite install and installed and activated BNFW without any issues.

It still feels like some kind of plugin or theme conflict.
Are you able to re-investigate this?

    Hi again,

I fully investigate and the problem is really with your plugin and my wordpress, no plugins or theme are related to this problem and I record a video to show you whats happen when I try to use BNFW in my multisite:

    Please, watch this video:

    Hi @rodrigomc2000,
Thanks for the video, that’s really helpful.

I’ve tested the exact same thing and it’s working for me so it’s an odd one.
Let me do some investigation and i’ll get back to you.
