stop rotation when hovering the testimonial in the widget

Hi!
I sorted out the forum but could not find an answer suitable for my problem.
Is there a way to let the rotation stop when hovering the mouse over the testimonial in the widget area?
If yes it would be appreciated if you told me how to do that.
By the way i am not familiar with coding 🙂
