Stop roles from seeing plugin in the dashboard

Great plug in and so easy to use.

I would like to hide the plug in from everybody but the admin if possible.

At the moment, everybody apart from subscribers can place an ad.

I would like only the administrator to be able to see the plugin in the dashboard.
