Hello tayfunka,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand that you’re encountering a problem where the ability to add multiple quantities of a product directly from the product listings is not present and that upon adding a product using the quantity input field, you are redirected away from your current page rather than staying put and seeing the ‘view cart’ button.
This is indeed not the standard behavior for WooCommerce.
To assist you effectively and diagnose the issue, I’ll need to take a closer look at your site’s setup.
Could you please provide me with your site’s System Status Report? This report contains information about the WordPress environment and WooCommerce settings that might help identify any conflicts or settings that need adjustment.
Here’s how you can send that over:
1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Click on ‘Get system report’.
3. Then, click ‘Copy for support’.
After copying the report, please paste it into a new gist at https://gist.github.com and share the Gist link in your reply to us.
I look forward to your response. 🙂
Best regards.

Hello tayfunka
Thank you for your reply and for providing SSR.
I have reviewd the SSR and everything appears to be in order here.
To conduct a thorough investigation, could you please provide me with the link to the site? If you are concerned about posting it publicly, you can use https://quickforget.com/.
Going through the actual process might give me better insights to the issue.
Thank you for your cooperation. 🙂
Best regards.

Hello tayfunka,
Thank you for your reply.
After checking the website, I have noticed that the Add to Cart button for the “Bronz Paket” is not triggering an Ajax call, which is why you are being redirected to the product page.
On the contrary, other products listed on the right-hand side of your site are properly initiating Ajax calls, which allows for staying on the same page upon adding a product and the View Cart link appears.
It appears that the “Bronz Paket” block, including its Add to Cart button, has been created with the Elementor page builder. Since this might involve specific Elementor widget settings or Elementor-related scripts, I would recommend reaching out to Elementor Support to provide insight into this issue. They would be best suited to guide you on how to ensure Ajax functionality is consistent across all products, regardless of how they are added to the page.
After you touch base with Elementor Support, I would appreciate it if you could let me know their response. This will help us understand the situation better and assist you further if needed.
Looking forward to your update, and I am here to help you every step of the way. 🙂
Best regards.
I contacted Elementor on your recommendation and they said it was a bug they knew about and were working on it. Thank you for your attention.
Hi @tayfunka
Do you know if Elementor has fixed the issue (probably not yet) or have you found a workaround?
