STOP – Read This BEFORE you buy!!!

I went looking for an affiliate program. There are lots to choose from. All of them make promises with ‘money back guarantee’ or ‘let us know and we’ll fix or upgrade it’. So I tried a handful. One of them tried for days to not have to refund, even though their policy was no questions asked. Another one scheduled a conference call with me, said to just buy it and then we’ll discuss customization. So the hunt went on. It was then that I found SliceWP. It did almost everything I wanted, or thought I wanted. So I reached out to the developer. Mihai was absolutely amazing! Response times were within 24 hours. After a few questions, emails back and forth, I felt he was more interested in what he could do for me, and less interested in getting my money. His patients with me was impressive, and was happy to answer questions that may have already been answered if I would have just read the fine manual. So I purchased the plugin.

Now comes the fun part. After deploying the software more questions started to arise. But, first a bit about the install…. The install was super fast! The install documentation was above and beyond what I would have expected. The documentation explained everything in such detail, it left me with no questions. I had a snag setting up PayPal payouts, but… there was the answer in the install documentation, and it stated if I did not do xxxx then this error would happen. So, I did xxxx and then it all worked perfectly. I was up and running.

My Sales reps and Affiliates started asking for more transparency on the transactions. Then this update appeared – even before I could ask for any changes. Product update: Product revenue share and commission items was an amazing update and my staff really likes it. But, it was not enough. Mihai’s response was lightning fast, appropriate, and spot on! It was my question that was lacking. So I re-asked the question with more information. Again, within 24 hours I had a response. Keep in mind, these were not just the brush off responses I’m use to getting or seeing from developers and a wait and see answer. No, it was thoughtful answers with real solutions, including the code needed to solve the request.

So, would I buy this software? 100% yes. Do I trust the developer team? 100% Yes. Do I plan on upgrading my plan from annual to lifetime? 100% Yes.

If you are looking for an affiliate program that just works – buy this plugin. If it does not currently do all that you want, or you don’t fully understand what it can/cannot do, just ask the team. I know they’ll have a respectful and thoughtful answer for you!
