# Stop from Auto-Opening?

 * How do we stop this window from Auto-Opening?
    We only want it to open upon Trigger.
 * Seems like this should be easy. Are we missing something?

 * The chat is in offline mode at the moment, so I can’t check for sure.
 * The chat should NOT Auto-open unless a trigger is set. A trigger should only 
   occur once per visitor.

 * I just upgraded the plugin, and it’s still occurring.
    Can you login to the WP
   Admin and give a look around?
 * I don’t understand this auto-open. No triggers are set.

 * OK, I think I just figured this out.
    There was a trigger set. It was an EMPTY
   TRIGGER. I deleted it and stopped the auto-open of LivelyChat.
 * Thanks for your patience, while I figured this out.
    It was a totally EMPTY TRIGGER.
