# Stop Comments

 * I have enabled “Users must be registered and logged in to comment.” Registration
   is disabled and there aren’t any other users except the admin. I wrote every 
   line of the template and it does not contain any commenting functionality. There
   is not a single plug-in.
 * I have configured htaccess so, without the password, you can only access /index.
   php. Accessing /wp-comments-post.php results in 403 Forbidden, whether you have
   the password or not.
 * Despite these settings there are still some comments that are making it through.
   Please advise.

 * This seems to have been patched as part of the 4.2.1 security release.
