# Stop auto open

 * How can we stop the chat auto opening on every page load? very frustrating.
 * Would prefer it to open when a user clicks it.

 * Same issue here, can’t stop it from popping up on Firefox only. Seems to have
   problem with cookies.
 * When greeting_dialog_display is set to hide – can’t open dialog box at all.
