Hi @jirkaxxl, the plugin has been tested for 5.5 and no issues were found during tests. We’re out of the office this week, but we’re planning to mark the plugin as compatible next week.
A javascript error in the admin could be causing this. Please check the console for errors and see if those can be fixed. If this doesn’t work, please send a support request on stockpack.co/contact with the details from the plugin debug tab.

Thank you for a quick response. I’ve already found the cause of the problem. The problem is caused by the Enhanced Media Library plug-in. These plug-ins may not be compatible at this time.
Hi @jirkaxxl I will have a closer look at this when I get back next week. However that plugin seems abandoned. This means it might not be a solvable issue.
