Stocklist Plugin

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction – I want to list plant machinery products as a stocklist – but i don’t need a shopping cart – just the ability to add a product and a description, i have what looks like a basic plugin installed and i dont think it is suitable.

I want to keep all the text and picture size uniformed. I would really like to add more pictures to each product so a sort of mini-gallery of different angles of the product and have the ability to hide any stock that we do not have and reinstate this at a later date when we do.

Any suggestions.
