    When on the WooCommerce Dashboard, clicking the “Stock” button in the top right to open the slide in window just shows an empty grey box.

    The site has inventory turned on and the stock amounts are setup on products, but this feature shows black.

    What should it show?

    Does blank just mean everything is in stock? If so it would maybe help if it displayed a message? I thought it would show a list of all stock levels.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for the screenshot. It looks like your Stock option is not working properly. It should display like this is there is no products with low stock: https://d.pr/i/xaiUpj

    As mentioned by @psealock can you send us the error messages in Console? To access the DevTools, on any web page or app in Google Chrome you can use one of these options:

    Open the Chrome menu (three dots) at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.

    Open WooCommerce dashboard page and click on Stock. Right-click on any page element and select Inspect. Click on Console and copy and paste the errors you see there.

    Hmm that’s odd.

    Thank you for getting back with the console errors. I’m not quite sure what might be causing this issue.

    This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    I turned all plugins off apart from WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin.

    I switched to the default theme.

    I removed all customizations.

    No change it still shows blank.

    I use the same theme and plugins on every website and this hasn’t shown on any others.

    I also use the same host for all sites so it’s very strange this site has an issue with the WooCommerce admin tool.

    Thanks for doing those tests for us.

    Quick question: Do you see any errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs? I’m referring to fatal errors related to the WooCommerce Admin plugin.

    If you don’t see anything over there, I’d like to learn whether your site has server-side caching of some sort, or whether you have any caching plugins installed. Could you try flushing the cache, and then try disabling the same?

    If the problem persists, I’d like you to try importing past orders, as shown in the section in the WC Admin settings: (Analytics > Settings) https://d.pr/i/fsZmHj

    Hi again.

    No caching plugins on this site.

    Nothing under Woocommerce > Status > Logs.

    How do I find the WC admin settings? I don’t see a link from the plugins page or under the WooCommerce menu.

    I went to Dashboard > Analytics > Settings

    I tried the previous advice but it says there are 0 orders so I can’t click the next button. If I go to WooCommerce > Orders there are in fact 3 orders, but the Analytics tool doesn’t seem to acknowledge them.

    I see that your WooCommerce Admin version is outdated – latest version was recently updated 0.23.1. Can you try to update it to the latest version and see if it helps?

    When I logged in just version 0.23.1 is active and it doesn’t show any updates are needed.

    The stock feature is suddenly working! I’m not sure if my client updated this and didn’t tell me but I will ask.
