Stock Quantities saving and then reverting back to old quantities

    On my site, we’ve been having a problem with the stock central. My team will adjust stock quantities when we sell out of something or get new product in. Then within 24 hours, everything kicks back to old quantities. For that reason, our website is selling things that we don’t have, and showing other items as ‘out of stock’ when we have plenty. Please advise!

    Hi @timhswan,

    Thank you very much for your post.

    I am sorry you are experiencing this weird behaviour, but I am almost sure this has nothing to do with ATUM. Unless there is some 3rd party plugin that reverts your stock. ATUM does not have the ability to remember the last action as we did not build that in yet.

    You can make some tests yourself:
    1. Check if WC and ATUM are in the latest version. Deactivate all plugins apart of the two. In your plugin list total will under active be number 2, not more. Then make the change and see if it reverts. If it is still happening, I will ask further.

    PS: Check if you do not have in your server some backup feature that is not functioning properly.

    Hi @timhswan,

    Just remember one case from the past.

    When you change the stock amount in SC, do you press the save changes button at the top?
    Does the amount in the product actually change as well as in Stock Central?
