Stock central displays wrong product type

    Hi, I am unsure if it’s related to a recent plugin update, but most of our variable products now show as simple products in atum stock central, which prevents us from editing the inventory. When we edit the product themselves, it displays the proper product type.

    I’ve tried clearing transients, resaving, the products, editing variations and re-saving them, nada.

    Any hints on how to fix this? Thank-you.

    Hi @kokomoweb

    This is very weird because ATUM just gets the product type saved by WooCommerce itself and never does any modification to product types. Did you do some import to your database recently that could cause something like this?

    When you check those same products on WooCommerce’s products list, do they have the right product type there?

    Hi @salvamb,

    The products are fine, it’s just that atum is displaying them as simple products instead of variable products. When I edit them manually they show as variable products.

    I don’t understand how this can happen. It’s the first time we have been noticed of this kind of issue.
    Might you open a private ticket and mention this issue there, please?
    We’ll try to figure out which is the cause.
