I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Is this in WooCommerce?
You should be able to increase the stock whenever you edit a product, in the “Product Details” box under the “Inventory” tab. If it’s a Variable product you’ll need to do it per variation.
Here’s an example by Dan Pock at Liquid Web
If you don’t see this option it may be a plugin or theme that’s interfering with this functionality. You can install the WP Health Check plugin which will allow you to safely disable plugins and revert to a default theme to narrow down where the issue lies. For more information please read the Health Check article in The Handbook.
Is is not on the product page, but on a order.
I used to have a “reduce stock” and a “increase stock” button.
If i click it, it will reduce/increase with 1 or 2 depending on what the customer has bought.
